This role is focused on the engineering, governance, and evolution of a large-scale Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem supporting enterprise-wide collaboration, automation, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of core M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, while also building and scaling a modern Power Platform foundation. The position blends deep platform engineering with governance, automation enablement, and cloud modernization initiatives. You will design and maintain secure environments for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, enabling both professional and citizen developers to innovate safely. Working at the intersection of identity, security, and application enablement, you will help define best practices and operational standards across the enterprise. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building scalable platforms that directly enable productivity, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Accountabilities:

You will own the engineering, stability, and evolution of the enterprise M365 ecosystem while building and governing a scalable Power Platform environment. Your work will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration and automation services across the organization.

  • Manage and engineer core M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID integrations
  • Ensure platform reliability, tenant health, configuration consistency, and adherence to security and compliance standards
  • Lead Tier-3 engineering support, migrations, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting across M365 workloads
  • Design and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including Dataverse-enabled architectures
  • Define governance models including environment provisioning, DLP policies, connector management, and security group structures
  • Enable and support scalable adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse across business teams
  • Collaborate with security and architecture teams to ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks
  • Contribute to automation and modernization initiatives, including reusable frameworks, integrations, and platform enhancements
  • Support AI and Copilot-related enablement by ensuring a strong and well-governed platform foundation
  • Requirements

    You bring solid experience in Microsoft 365 platform engineering and Power Platform development, with a strong understanding of enterprise identity, security, and cloud governance. You are comfortable working across technical and business teams to enable scalable and secure digital solutions.

    • 4–7 years of experience in M365 engineering, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
    • Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment setup, DLP policies, governance)
    • Experience managing enterprise M365 tenants, identity integrations, and security configurations
    • Strong understanding of identity management, conditional access, and M365 security frameworks
    • Experience with environment provisioning, lifecycle management, and enterprise governance models
    • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define standards and solutions
    • Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API (preferred)
    • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-200, or PL-400 considered an asset
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on secure, scalable design
