Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development.
- 7 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience in embedded software development using C/C++, with a focus on embedded systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience architecting scalable software, utilizing multi-threaded designs, and writing firmware that is portable across generations of SoCs.
- Familiarity with one or more specialized domain technologies, including HBM, PCIe, ARM/RISC-V architectures, security and confidential computing, machine learning, or video encoding/decoding.
