This role offers the chance to revolutionize our engineering operations, focusing on robust CI/CD, developer enablement, and laying the groundwork for an AI-first Engineering Operation for R&D. You'll drive significant improvements in our development lifecycle and
lead key operational areas.
● Taking full operational ownership of non-production environments, test-data tooling, quality strategy, release pipelines, and developer-enablement products.
Line-managing multiple teams and strategically re-prioritizing backlogs to align with our objectives.
● Implementing significant improvements to key engineering metrics and drive efficiency and innovation
● Establishing next level CI/CD and infrastructure in cooperation with R&D and Services
● Ensuring the foundational elements for an AI-first SDLC are in place and drive successful strategic programs.
● Strong drive on culture change and strategic initiatives with strategic thinking, solid engineering ops background, motivating and cultivating teams for internal and customers

We are looking for a visionary engineering leader who is obsessed with optimizing development workflows and simplifying complex processes. You should be someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, and who drives collaboration to achieve shared goals.
● You bring over 10 years of engineering leadership experience.
● You have a proven track record in CI/CD or DevEx turnarounds at a scale of over 500
engineers of products teams
● You possess deep expertise in Test and Release Management.
● You are hands-on with tools like GitHub Actions/Jenkins, Kubernetes, and test-data automation.
● You have experience transforming workforce to the next level with Engineering Ops and AI capabilities
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
