You will manage and mentor a team of engineers working on acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and monetization initiatives that directly shape business growth.
The role blends technical leadership, product strategy, and people management, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
You will be responsible for driving experimentation, improving user journeys, and ensuring scalable and high-quality engineering execution.

Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Drive engineering execution across Growth initiatives, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to define roadmap priorities and align on strategic outcomes.
- Oversee system design and technical direction for growth-focused platforms such as paywalls, subscriptions, purchase flows, and lifecycle engagement systems.
- Build and scale an experimentation-driven culture, supporting A/B testing, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure engineering quality, scalability, and operational excellence across all delivered systems and features.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers while raising the bar for performance, ownership, and technical craftsmanship.
- Collaborate effectively across distributed teams using modern development and collaboration tools.
- Guide roadmap planning and prioritization to balance speed of execution with long-term system sustainability.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in building large-scale consumer products.
- 4+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience building or managing teams developing iOS applications using Swift.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching engineers and managing performance effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working with modern development tools and workflows such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments requiring adaptability and strong prioritization skills.
