In your role as ‘Financial Operations Support’ you will ensure financial accuracy, optimize licensing operations, and streamline reporting.

We are looking for a Financial Operations Support specialist to be the strategic engine behind our numbers, translating complex operational inputs into financial execution.
This is a high-visibility role supporting our dynamic Cybersecurity Product & Service Lines (PSLs) across a global footprint. You won't just track budgets; you will shape the financial efficiency of a world-class security ecosystem.
Global Visibility: Gain direct insights into Cybersecurity leadership operations, serving as the critical link between Product Managers, PSL leaders, and central financial controlling.
Strategic Accuracy: You will be the guardian of financial integrity, driving monthly closing analyses, forecasting, and end-to-end CapEx workflows that defend and fund Airbus’s digital frontier.
Operational Innovation: You aren't just running reports; you are modernizing. You will dismantle bottlenecks and design automated, smart solutions to evolve our financial operations for a faster digital age.
Main tasks:
Gather, analyse, and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers (PMs) and Product and Service Line (PSL) leaders.
Combine operational inputs with financial data to build robust, reliable forecasts.
Lead the monthly financial closing analysis specifically for the Cyber Security PSLs.
Provide hands-on support to the central financial controlling team during organizational or perimeter changes.
Oversee and track licenses planning.
Proactively identify and fix discrepancies (e.g., alerting teams to missing bookings, rectifying misbookings, and adjusting license roadmaps).
Execute additional tracking and alignment actions arising from financial board reviews.
Deliver weekly reports on subcontracting status and goods receipts to ensure operational transparency.
Own the end-to-end CapEx request workflow, managing submissions, approvals, and rigorous follow-ups.
Identify bottlenecks and develop new processes to maximize efficiency.
Help design and implement automated solutions to modernize financial operations.
