Your impact:

  • You will provide Business Operational Support (BOS) to all Operations domains, from Planning to Execution, from Structural Assembly phase to Aircraft Delivery.

  • You will launch and participate in both local and transnational improvement Digital Projects, with strong focus on the efficiency of our Operations.

  • You will leverage and integrate advanced Digital Solutions, including AI, Data Analytics, AR/VR, and IoT, ensuring they remain in complete harmony with our global strategy.

  • You will be the natural bridge between our Operations with the broader M&T and IM network.

  • You will deliver and maintain essential process documentation, guaranteeing strict compliance and regulatory alignment.

  • You will take part in the data monitoring, identifying impacts on performance and providing innovative solutions to the shop floor based on figures. #SpeakWithData 💻

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Solid background within industrial shop floor ecosystems, specifically integrating new processes and advanced digital capabilities. 🔧

  • Proficiency in advanced Digital Solutions (mainly AI and Data Analytics) and Data management.

  • Experience on Project Management, with a particular focus on Change Management. 🚀

  • Curious and rigorous, confident and constant. Good communicator, great team player. 

  • Diverse academic and non-academic background. 

  • Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
