Hours: 37 hours per week (half day Friday)

Prestwick Aerosystems continues Ayrshire’s long-standing aircraft manufacturing tradition. From our Prestwick site, we manufacture aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft programmes worldwide.

This four-year structured Finance Graduate programme provides broad exposure across financial accounting, cost accounting, estimating and commercial, and programme finance. You will develop strong financial, analytical and commercial capability through hands-on experience, structured rotations and business partnering responsibilities, with full support toward a professional accounting qualification and a clear pathway into a Finance Analyst or Programme Finance role.

How you will contribute to the team

You will:

• Complete structured rotations across financial accounting, cost accounting, estimating & commercial and programme finance, building a strong foundation in financial control and reporting.
• Support financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, working with teams across the business to understand and improve cost and operational drivers.
• Contribute to commercial and estimating activities, supporting business cases, cost models and financial inputs to decision making.
• Provide ongoing finance business partnering support, analysing large data sets, preparing reporting and supporting stakeholders with financial insight.

Requirements for the role

You will have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Strong numerical and analytical capability
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Ability to work with complex data sets and financial information
