Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $171000 - $248000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience in the energy or utilities industry, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in business, finance, economics or energy-related field
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Organised, detail oriented, strategically focused and ability to effortlessly multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
