Financial Analyst, Health Finance
As a Financial Analyst on the Health Finance team, you will support the forecasting process and reporting performance against forecasts. You will work cross functionally to gain a deep understanding of business drivers, surfacing those insights by distilling complexities to present a clear financial picture.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $95000 - $136000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Well-versed in spreadsheet modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated eagerness and bias to action, able to form and leverage strong relationships across functional areas, and sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving, analytics and modeling skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, strategic thinking and ability to communicate with senior business partners.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
