While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $167000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong data analytics background - ability to separately liase with partners in Product, Engineering, Partnerships and DS&E to understand datasets and run analyses to provide insights to partners and finance leadership.
• Ability to self-initiate and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, accountability, and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Acumen to build Relationships in a nascent product area.
