Control Manager - VP

This role is responsible for strengthening and overseeing the control environment for CTC Risk Management. The position partners closely with business leaders, control teams, and senior stakeholders to identify risks, assess control effectiveness, manage issues, and drive sustainable improvements across processes and programs. It combines strong risk and control expertise with data-driven decision-making, reporting, and project leadership to support a proactive, well-governed organization. The role also helps advance the use of automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to streamline controls, enhance monitoring, and improve overall risk management practices.
