Job Description & Summary

In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

1. Position Overview

  • Position Title: EPM / FP&A Consultant
  • Grade Level: Associate

 

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A transformation projects for large and mid-size enterprises
  • Support design and implementation of planning/budgeting/forecasting, consolidation and reporting processes
  • Support to develop and configure EPM solutions (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Build financial models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
  • Assist in data integration, validation, and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders (Finance, IT) to ensure successful delivery
  • Support system testing (SIT, UAT), documentation, and end-user training
  • Support project management activities including timeline tracking and deliverable coordination

 

3. Qualifications & Requirements

3.1 Required Skills

  • Understanding of FP&A (planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) or consolidation processes
  • Hands-on experience with at least one EPM tool (not limited to what’s listed below):
  • OneStream (preferred)
  • Anaplan
  • Oracle Hyperion / FCCS / PBCS / EPBCS / ARCS
  • SAP BPC / SAC
  • Basic knowledge of data integration / ETL concepts
  • Familiarity with one of SQL, VB.NET, C#, Essbase
  • Understanding of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)

 

3.2 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in finance transformation or consulting projects
  • Certifications (Optional but Preferred)
  • CMA/ CPA / ACCA / PMP
  • EPM tool certifications (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle)
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools  to enhance productivity
  • Ability to incorporate AI and automation tools into daily workflows

3.3 Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – must be able to work in an international project environment
  • Mandarin Chinese – professional working proficiency
