AssociateJob Description & Summary
The PMO Associate supports the operational and reporting needs of FCU delivery teams. This role focuses on data collection, reporting, tracking, and coordination to ensure projects and managed services engagements operate efficiently and transparently.As an Associate, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports
Collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple delivery teams and systems
Tracking key metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance
Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership
Supporting project and engagement documentation, including plans, trackers, and logs
Coordinating with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
Supporting meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups
Monitoring basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating when required
Maintaining organized and audit-ready documentation
Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior exposure to PMO, operations, analytics, or reporting is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn reporting tools, dashboards, and delivery metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
