As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst, you will partner with global business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions that enable operational excellence and drive business value.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Lead – Business Integration Analyst, you will:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for SAP Finance & Controlling initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules while resolving functional and system-related issues.
• Lead and support financial month-end closing activities, including preparation and maintenance of the Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects, including planning and executing cutover activities.
• Act as a trusted functional consultant during system analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers, interface teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and status updates to ensure effective project governance.
• Drive continuous process improvements by leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies.

What We Prefer

We're looking for professionals who bring:

• SAP S/4HANA Certification (preferred).
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
• Strong understanding of financial closing processes and SAP Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO cutover planning and execution.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (full-time) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO).
• Proven experience in SAP support and implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration and functional processes.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, including ABAP and interface development teams.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Qualifications We Prefer

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance & Controlling and business process integration.
• Practical experience managing or contributing to complex SAP projects.
• Ability to drive continuous improvements and recommend enhancements to business systems.
• University degree with significant relevant experience, or an advanced degree with equivalent professional experience.
