We are now looking for Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations for a permanent position to join our Service Delivery Logistics Team in UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do
Perform logistics claim settlement operations
Handle port and warehouse damages reports
Execute billing processes for reconditioning and damage recovery costs
Settle claim insurance cases
Ensure that all logistics claims are timely completed and in approved/closed status
Handle logistics claims statistic data to measure SP performance
Ensure service level compliance based on defined KPIs
Ensure good communication with external service providers and other stakeholders inside and outside UPM
Who you are
You are professional in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance/Accounting
You have good knowledge of Supply Chain E2E processes
You are a good communicator with networking skills
You are a great team player
You have good knowledge of IT tools and ERP systems like SAP, OTM, MS Office
You are goal and service delivery oriented
You are fluent in English
