Default Management Foreclosure Associate - Document Execution Team

The Default Management Foreclosure Associate supports foreclosure operations with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, process adherence, and timely execution during the legal stages of foreclosure. This role ensures required foreclosure documents are complete, reviewed, and properly approved before moving forward in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and process foreclosure documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to filing or next step in the workflow
  • Print, prepare, and obtain required signatures on documents, including coordination with a notary as needed
  • Manage assigned work within a queue-based workflow, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and established timelines
  • Maintain production standards, handling approximately 15–20 documents daily while meeting defined service level expectations
  • Track and meet performance metrics related to accuracy, timeliness, and quality through established scorecards
  • Partner with internal teams and external legal partners, including attorneys and paralegals, to ensure documentation requirements are met
  • Support mortgage and commercial foreclosure processes within the document execution (Doc Ex) team

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, or default management operations
  • Familiarity with legal or document-intensive workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Prior experience with document preparation or review
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared workload
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Location Expectations

This position is a hybrid role which has weekly onsite attendance requirements of 3+ days a week in our Genpass Irving, TX Hub.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $21.25 - $28.32
