This role sits at the core of financial planning and business performance analysis, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial insights. You will be responsible for analyzing key financial drivers, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and ensuring alignment between financial plans and business objectives. Working in a dynamic, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to support both operational and strategic initiatives. The position plays a key role in monthly reporting cycles, financial modeling, and variance analysis, helping leadership understand performance trends and risks. You will also contribute to improving financial processes, tools, and reporting quality. Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support accurate planning and decision-making processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy in accruals and financial reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights on cost drivers and business trends.
  • Maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and databases to support planning and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to financial planning and cost analysis initiatives, identifying savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and business optimization efforts.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • Solid experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), reporting, or corporate finance roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into business insights.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with financial reporting tools and databases.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
    • Advanced English (written and spoken).
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
