As an Analytical Lead, you will support a wide range of Financial Services advertisers across many industries including fintech, insurance, banking, credit cards, payments, mortgage and more. You will use data and insights to solve problems that meaningfully transform their businesses and help achieve their objectives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $88000 - $125000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in media analytics, digital advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, financial analysis or investment banking.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
- Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories.
