Accountabilities:
- Support enterprise FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, monthly close analysis, quarterly reporting, and annual planning processes.
- Deliver accurate financial insights and reporting to senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional business partners.
- Partner with functional leaders to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and support decision-making on spend and resource allocation.
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, including revenue forecasting, operating plans, and scenario analysis.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting, identify trends, and improve financial insights.
- Support M&A-related activities including financial modeling, due diligence, integration support, and synergy tracking.
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to strengthen financial systems, reporting capabilities, and analytics infrastructure.
- Act as a collaborative team member within the FP&A function, supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior analysts when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced education preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles in a dynamic business environment.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working in fast-paced, global, or high-growth environments; SaaS or software industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled financial tools, automation, or advanced analytics techniques is highly desirable.
- Exposure to M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence, or post-merger integration, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and executives.
- Highly proficient in Excel and financial planning systems; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
