Sr Director Analyst - CFO Frontier Insights

As a Sr Director Analyst - CFO Frontier Insights, you will help shape the future of finance by delivering forward-looking research and strategic guidance to senior finance leaders. In this individual contributor role, you will leverage deep expertise in strategic finance, AI, and emerging technologies to produce influential insights that challenge conventional thinking and inspire action. Working in a highly collaborative, research-driven environment, you will engage directly with executives, deliver presentations at industry events, and contribute to thought leadership that impacts organizations globally. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned finance expert who combines analytical rigor, executive presence, and a passion for helping CFOs navigate the evolving business landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop original, research-based insights that help CFOs and finance executives prepare for the future of finance, with a particular focus on AI, emerging technologies, and organizational transformation.
  • Conduct in-depth research, analyze market trends, and identify disruptive opportunities that translate into practical, actionable recommendations for senior business leaders.
  • Produce high-quality research reports, executive briefings, presentations, and strategic content that address complex business challenges and emerging industry trends.
  • Engage directly with clients through virtual meetings, executive briefings, conferences, and advisory sessions, providing trusted guidance on strategic finance initiatives.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives by influencing research agendas, contributing innovative perspectives, and collaborating with fellow analysts on cross-functional projects.
  • Support commercial initiatives by partnering with internal teams, providing market expertise, and helping communicate the value of research insights to prospective and existing clients.
  • Mentor colleagues through peer reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing while contributing to continuous improvement of research methodologies and content quality.
  • Build credibility as a recognized industry expert by representing research findings at professional events and maintaining a strong understanding of the evolving finance and technology landscape.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, finance transformation, or special projects supporting CFO organizations.
    • At least 2 years of recent experience working with artificial intelligence or AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
    • Deep understanding of finance operations, enterprise technologies, data strategies, and emerging trends shaping the future of the CFO function.
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research, synthesize complex information, and develop compelling executive-level narratives.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to transform ambiguity into practical business insights.
    • Executive presence with outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proven experience presenting to senior executives, facilitating strategic discussions, and influencing decision-making.
    • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, multicultural teams.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
