This role is a high-impact finance partnership position sitting at the core of go-to-market strategy and execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, shaping how revenue is planned, forecasted, and measured across a fast-scaling SaaS organization. The scope spans strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance analytics, with direct influence on bookings, ARR, retention, and overall growth efficiency. You will build and evolve the frameworks that guide GTM investment decisions, from headcount planning to pipeline productivity and unit economics. Operating in a remote-first, AI-driven environment, you will help modernize how finance teams operate through automation and intelligent workflows. This is a highly cross-functional role with strong visibility into executive decision-making and long-term company planning. Your insights will directly shape how GTM performance is understood and improved at scale.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM leadership, owning planning, forecasting, and performance insights across revenue-generating functions:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, supporting decision-making across all segments, channels, and product lines.
  • Own the GTM FP&A process, including headcount planning, operating expense management, monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with Marketing to evaluate program spend, investment efficiency, and ROI across demand generation and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on top-line forecasting, including bookings, ARR, net dollar retention, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain key financial models, including quota and capacity planning, pipeline waterfalls, TAM analysis, and scenario frameworks.
  • Define and analyze unit economics and GTM efficiency metrics, including attribution and return on sales and marketing investments.
  • Support compensation plan design and modeling in collaboration with Sales Ops and Finance stakeholders.
  • Provide insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, board reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting speed, forecasting accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of financial infrastructure, tools, and processes supporting GTM scale.
  • Requirements

    This role requires strong experience in strategic finance within SaaS environments, combined with advanced modeling capabilities and a modern, AI-forward approach to analytics:

    • 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, including direct partnership with GTM organizations.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS and consumption-based revenue models, including key drivers such as ARR, bookings, retention, and renewals.
    • Proven ability to build complex financial models, forecasting frameworks, and performance analytics from scratch.
    • Advanced Excel skills, with additional experience in SQL and BI tools considered a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A platforms (e.g., Pigment or similar).
    • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
    • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to executive audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in analysis, modeling, reporting, or workflow automation is strongly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting fundamentals.
