Accelerate Development Trainee Program - Financial Analyst

What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

  • Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
  • Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
  • 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
  • You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
  • Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
  • Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
  • Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

This program is the right fit for you if:

You are passionate about corporate finance and eager to master industrial profitability. This role offers a 360° business perspective through 3 strategic pillars:

  1. Department Controlling: You will directly support the financial management and reporting processes of the department, performing key activities of a Junior Controller.
  2. Central Controlling: You will collaborate on standardizing reporting processes and provide support to various business areas, gaining a corporate-level perspective.
  3. Logistics: You will gain a practical view of operations, understanding the impact of the supply chain on business costs and profitability.

Requirements:

Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Administration. Engineering degrees will be considered if you demonstrate a solid foundation or genuine interest in costs and finance.

Language: Advanced English (professional speaking and writing proficiency).

Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
    • Theoretical or practical knowledge of SAP.
    • Basic financial knowledge (understanding of financial statements).
    • Experience with Power BI or creating dashboards is a highly valued plus.

Soft Skills:

    • Ownership: A strong drive to lead your own professional development.
    • Organization & Follow-up: The ability to manage a structured work plan and see tasks through to completion.
    • Assertive Communication: Skill in collaborating effectively and presenting key information.
    • Attention to Detail: Rigor and precision in the analysis and presentation of data.
