The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development principles to create cohesive system features.
- Experience with cloud-based development environments and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
- Skilled in integrating user experience considerations into technical solutions to enhance usability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
