This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (SharePoint) based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions that power collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation across multiple clients and projects. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable SharePoint-based applications across both Online and On-Premise environments. The position combines full stack engineering with strong integration and customization work across Microsoft 365 and modern web technologies. You will contribute to end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support. Working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, you will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on role where strong engineering skills and adaptability are essential to success.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions while supporting full stack development, integrations, and production stability across multiple projects and clients.

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise solutions.
  • Build and customize SharePoint components such as pages, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.
  • Develop full stack solutions including frontend interfaces, backend services, and database components.
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems using APIs, connectors, Power Automate, and custom development.
  • Support migration initiatives including content migration, permissions mapping, testing, and post-migration validation.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and support performance optimization and production environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Requirements:

    This role requires a strong full stack developer with hands-on SharePoint expertise, strong integration capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a distributed environment.

    • 4–7+ years of experience in software development, preferably in SharePoint and full stack environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise.
    • Solid experience in full stack development using frontend, backend, and database technologies.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), workflows, lists, libraries, and site customization.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
    • Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
    • Backend experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
    • Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design fundamentals.
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, and API testing tools such as Postman.
    • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities in remote environments.
