Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features of software systems, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend components. The role requires delivering innovative and efficient solutions that enhance client services by applying a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and leveraging emerging technologies to address these challenges is a key part of the daily workflow. The position demands continuous adaptation to evolving technical landscapes while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
- Experience in developing end-to-end applications, including front-end and back-end components.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within cloud environments.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring security best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
