We operate the world’s most sophisticated processing networks capable of handling more than 65k secure transactions a second across 80M merchants, 15k Financial Institutions, and billions of everyday people. Within People Technology, we apply the same engineering rigor to employee platforms and experiences—building secure, scalable, and reliable capabilities across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, HR services, manager enablement, and internal mobility).

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation GenAI-powered solutions that support employees, managers, executives, recruiters, and People Business Partners through secure self-service, intelligent knowledge discovery, and workflow automation. Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and HR strategy, you will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, Product, Security/Privacy, and enterprise technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, measurable, and trustworthy solutions, ensuring strong governance, role-based access, auditability, and responsible use of employee data.
