Job Description

This role is part of the Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) organization supporting Global Revenue Operations. The Senior Finance Analyst will drive ownership across billing, collections, cash application, and accounts receivable (AR) accounting. The role requires transitioning processes from execution-focused delivery to a structured ownership, review, and governance model, ensuring accuracy, control, and scalability. This position partners closely with business stakeholders, controllership, and global teams to deliver high-quality financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close activities including AR close, revenue accruals, bad debt provisioning, and reconciliations.
  • Own AR subledger including customer balances, unapplied cash, and aging accuracy with full accountability.
  • Support audit requirements across billing and receivables including SOX controls, revenue recognition, and customer balances.
  • Drive issue resolution across billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management processes.
  • Transition processes from execution to review and governance layer, strengthening controls and scalability.
  • Partners with business, controllership, and global stakeholders to resolve escalations and drive outcomes
  • Perform analytical reviews of AR balances, aging, and variances to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and simplification initiatives across revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global initiatives and process transitions.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • CA / CPA / CMA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 6–8+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, accounting, or shared services environment.
  • Strong experience in billing, receivables accounting, bad debt provisioning, and reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of AR processes including aging, unapplied cash, reserves, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to independently manage complex and ambiguous scenarios.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP, including AR and revenue modules.
  • Exposure to shared services transitions and global process migrations.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
