Job Description

This role is part of the Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) organization supporting Global Revenue Operations. The Finance Analyst will build strong execution capability across complex billing, customer reconciliation, and dispute resolution processes. The role operates within defined processes to deliver accurate and timely financial outcomes, with guidance on complex scenarios. The position supports efficient financial operations through disciplined execution, structured problem solving, and close partnership with billing and collections teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute complex billing scenarios including contract-based, usage-based, and manual invoicing.
  • Perform customer account reconciliations, track disputes, and drive timely resolution.
  • Support accounts receivable (AR) close activities including accruals, reclasses, and variance analysis.
  • Work closely with collections and customer teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Analyze billing outputs and customer balances to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Identify errors and process gaps and escalate complex or ambiguous issues appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities for billing standardization, error reduction, and process improvement.
  • Support ongoing reviews of revenue operations processes and controls to mitigate risk of errors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve billing and reconciliation outcomes.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and projects within Global Revenue Operations.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in billing, receivables, reconciliation, or finance operations.
  • Experience in billing, receivables reconciliations, and dispute management.
  • Strong understanding of invoice lifecycle, customer balances, and adjustments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work through structured problem-solving approaches.
  • High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
  • Fluency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in subscription, platform, or usage-based billing models.
  • CA/ICWA inter or final cleared preferred.
  • Exposure to shared services or global finance operations environments.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle.
