This role sits at the center of a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing and unifying a complex enterprise web ecosystem. You will contribute to building and evolving high-performance marketing web platforms powered by a modern headless architecture, while also maintaining legacy systems during the transition. The position involves deep technical ownership across front-end development, CMS integration, and enterprise system connectivity, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and user experience. You will work on a Next.js-based architecture powered by Contentstack, enabling flexible, modular, and data-driven digital experiences. The environment is highly collaborative, involving close work with marketing, design, SEO, and engineering teams to deliver impactful customer-facing web experiences. This is a hands-on senior role where your work directly influences platform performance, development velocity, and digital engagement at scale.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving enterprise-scale marketing web platforms while driving modernization toward a headless, Next.js-based architecture.

  • Maintain and enhance existing CMS platforms including HubSpot, WordPress, and Craft CMS while supporting migration to a Next.js + Contentstack architecture.
  • Develop high-performance, modular UI components and reusable front-end systems using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Build and optimize headless CMS integrations using Contentstack APIs, including content modeling and delivery workflows.
  • Implement enterprise integrations with systems such as Okta, Mulesoft, RWS, and Coveo to ensure seamless data and authentication flows.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and development velocity.
  • Ensure all web assets meet performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
  • Manage deployment workflows, environments, and CI/CD processes across staging and production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Implement and maintain analytics, tracking, and tagging systems across digital properties.
  • Define and enforce best practices for code structure, testing, and system architecture.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings strong full stack development expertise with deep experience in modern front-end frameworks, headless CMS platforms, and enterprise web architectures.

    • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining marketing websites or web applications in a professional environment.
    • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript, and React (including hooks, state management, and component architecture).
    • Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, API routes, and performance optimization.
    • Expert-level experience with Contentstack, including content modeling, APIs, and Live Preview configuration.
    • Proven experience integrating CMS platforms with enterprise systems such as Okta, Mulesoft, RWS, and Coveo.
    • Solid understanding of web infrastructure including DNS, SSL, CDNs, caching, and hosting environments.
    • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility best practices.
    • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern deployment platforms.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based productivity workflows.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
