As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be accountable for the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle of Cloud hardware, with a specific focus on L6 (PCBA), L10 (System Assembly), and L11 (Rack Integration) platforms. Moving beyond traditional sustaining engineering, you will lead the transition toward a "Smart Factory" ecosystem. By leveraging AI, predictive maintenance, and unified data platforms, you will directly support our hyperscale growth and drive the future of our manufacturing capabilities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $144000 - $209000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and final assembly process development and sustaining.
  • Experience in PCBA (L6), system integration manufacturing (L10), and NPI process development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in configuring and tracking Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability (CP), and Process Capability Index (CPK) metrics.
  • Experience in utilizing statistical analysis tools to monitor quality.
  • Experience with design and Gerber tools including Valor, AutoCAD, and Cadence Allegro.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing testing procedures.
  • Understanding of industry manufacturing inspection standards.
