    • Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as NESC, IEC, CSA, IEEE, ANSI, IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI 318.
    • Experience preparing engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation with high attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
    • Valued: P.Eng designation (or eligibility within one year), experience with proposal development, and familiarity with tools such as PLS-TOWER, SAG10, LPILE, CDEGS, AutoCAD, or MicroStation.
    • Exposure to or interest in automation, scripting (Python, MATLAB, Excel), and AI-enabled engineering workflows is considered an asset.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $111,304 to $153,043 CAD, plus potential discretionary bonus eligibility.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
      • Generous paid time off supporting strong work-life balance.
      • Award-winning employee benefits recognized for excellence in compensation and workplace culture.
      • Opportunities for technical leadership, mentorship, and project management growth.
      • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact transmission and grid infrastructure projects across North America.
      • Support for continuous learning, professional development, and advanced engineering tools and technologies.
