As the Senior Knowledge Leader specializing in Physician Track products, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to proactively enhance processes and standardize content across Physician Track products. You will support methodology updates and help evaluate the impact of changes on our customers. In this role, you will contribute to designing and implementing process improvement strategies that affect multiple projects and teams. Additionally, you will assist in developing workflow methodology recommendations to support our suite of Physician Track products.
