DESCRIPTION:


As a Operations Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to ensuring the integrity and compliance of our documentation systems while supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll manage documentation processes across product lifecycles, from creation through revision and archival, working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll coordinate change management workflows, review and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance, and serve as a subject matter expert for document control systems and processes. You'll support new product introductions, process improvements, and regulatory compliance while ensuring all documentation meets GMP standards. This position offers opportunities to implement effective solutions, guide process optimization initiatives, and contribute to scientific advances.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in health-related fields (preferably pharmaceutical), engineering, logistics operations, administration, or related fields (desired).

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations analysis or similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry/clinical trials.

    Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Office packages.

  • Intermediate English.

  • Skills to lead, supervise, and motivate a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, careful, and organized. With a flexible and willing attitude.

  • Customer-oriented and predisposed to work in a team

  • Integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Technical writing skills (Essential)
