This role plays a key part in managing bankruptcy-related legal cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression across all procedural stages. You will coordinate documentation, deadlines, and stakeholder communications within a structured legal environment. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under strict timelines. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, attorneys, courts, and trustees, ensuring smooth and efficient case flow. This is a remote role within a fast-paced legal support setting where precision, accountability, and proactive follow-up are essential. The work directly contributes to achieving successful legal outcomes while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing bankruptcy case progression from initiation through resolution, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met accurately and on time.

  • Manage end-to-end bankruptcy case workflows, ensuring deadlines, filings, and hearings are properly tracked and executed
  • Prepare, organize, and submit legal documentation in compliance with court and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within case management systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and handling inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, courts, and trustees to ensure seamless case progression
  • Monitor case status and proactively follow up on outstanding actions or missing documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and legal compliance requirements
  • Requirements:
    You should bring experience in legal support or case management roles, ideally within bankruptcy or similar legal proceedings, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

    • 1+ year of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant
    • Prior experience working with bankruptcy cases is highly preferred
    • Strong English proficiency (B2/C1 level or higher)
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
    • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and accountability skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
