A founding workplace and employee experience role for our Singapore office. You will shape how our people experience work — from the environment they walk into every day to the programs and moments that build culture and connection. Alongside that, you will own the operational backbone that keeps the office running well.
What You Will Own
Design and deliver employee experience programs, cultural events, and engagement initiatives that make Plaud Singapore a great place to work
Plan and execute company events end-to-end — team activities, celebrations, office open days, and cultural moments
Support onboarding experiences and employee touchpoints that reflect our culture and values
Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities to keep the environment at a high standard
Coordinate executive support, business visits, and ad hoc workplace needs with professionalism and discretion
What We Are Looking For
3+ years in employee experience, workplace operations, or office management in a tech or fast-paced environment
Genuine passion for people, culture, and creating environments where teams thrive
Has independently planned and delivered employee events or engagement programs
Strong communicator who can work across all levels with warmth and credibility
Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable building with minimal structure from day one
