Workplace & Employee Experience Specialist -Singapore

Plaud · Singapore

About the Role

A founding workplace and employee experience role for our Singapore office. You will shape how our people experience work — from the environment they walk into every day to the programs and moments that build culture and connection. Alongside that, you will own the operational backbone that keeps the office running well.

What You Will Own

  • Design and deliver employee experience programs, cultural events, and engagement initiatives that make Plaud Singapore a great place to work

  • Plan and execute company events end-to-end — team activities, celebrations, office open days, and cultural moments

  • Support onboarding experiences and employee touchpoints that reflect our culture and values

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities to keep the environment at a high standard

  • Coordinate executive support, business visits, and ad hoc workplace needs with professionalism and discretion

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in employee experience, workplace operations, or office management in a tech or fast-paced environment

  • Genuine passion for people, culture, and creating environments where teams thrive

  • Has independently planned and delivered employee events or engagement programs

  • Strong communicator who can work across all levels with warmth and credibility

  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable building with minimal structure from day one

Why You Should Join Us

  • Define the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction within a fast-growing AI/Tech company.

  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge AI for Pro tools and play a direct role in their global adoption.

  • Work with passionate teammates who value innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

  • Grow your career in a culture that champions continuous learning and fast career development.

  • Market-competitive compensation, global exposure, and a vibrant, creativity-fueled work atmosphere.
