What you will do
Build and lead the central IT function and team across SF and Asia (China managed day-to-day via an in-country deputy).
Own the company's core tools end-to-end — identity/SSO, MDM/endpoint, and the SaaS stack (Slack, Notion, Linear, Google Workspace).
Lead the migration off Feishu onto the new stack — Slack and Notion first — with no downtime at each cutover.
Stand up identity & access: automated joiner/mover/leaver provisioning (SSO/SCIM), MFA, and least-privilege access.
Run IT service and operations: a service desk with SLAs and AI ticket deflection, plus asset and onboarding/offboarding management.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
8+ years in IT with 4+ years leading teams, ideally as Head of IT / IT Manager at a fast-scaling, multi-office company.
Hands-on depth in identity & access (SSO/IAM, SCIM), MDM/endpoint, and SaaS administration of a core tool stack.
Proven ownership of enterprise tool rollouts or migrations end-to-end (e.g. Slack, Notion, Okta, Rippling) — selection through adoption.
Strong IT operations and service management (service desk, SLAs, asset lifecycle), plus the judgment to set standards and decide build-vs-buy.
Comfortable leading distributed teams across time zones.
