About the Role:

Hims & Hers is scaling fast and our Talent Acquisition function needs to operate like the competitive advantage it is. Reporting to the VP, Talent, you will own the end-to-end infrastructure that powers how we attract, engage, and hire: the systems, processes, data, sourcing capability, and employer brand that make great recruiting possible at scale. This is a senior operational leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You Will:

  • Lead all recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle; owning process design, coordination, SLAs, and operational standards that create a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams

  • Own and optimize the TA technology stack, driving adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement across all recruiting systems and integrations

  • Manage all TA vendor relationships—job boards, sourcing tools, background check providers, and staffing partners—including contract negotiations, performance management, and budget accountability

  • Lead the talent sourcing function, building proactive pipeline capability across priority hiring segments and scaling offshore sourcing as a cost-effective complement to the domestic team

  • Build and deliver recruiter and hiring manager enablement programs. Examples include training, playbooks, and toolkits that raise the quality and consistency of every hire

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Employer Brand function, leading the build-out of Hims & Hers’ employer brand presence across content, career site, and candidate communications

  • Define and own TA analytics and reporting—translating pipeline, source, and efficiency data into insights that drive decisions for the team and senior leadership

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team spanning operations, coordination, sourcing, and employer brand, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with meaningful leadership responsibility across recruiting operations, systems, or enablement

  • A proven track record of building and scaling TA infrastructure—processes, technology, and programs—in a high-growth, distributed environment

  • Deep familiarity with the TA technology landscape and demonstrated experience owning an ATS and driving system adoption across a recruiting organization

  • Experience managing TA vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance accountability, and budget oversight

  • Strong data fluency—you know which metrics matter, how to build reporting that drives action, and how to communicate the story behind the numbers

  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution, and a track record of building cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
