Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition and excited by the opportunity to hire great talent across a fast-moving, growth-focused business?
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team. Based in Singapore, this regional role will support hiring across key growth areas in APAC, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, candidate engagement and building high-quality talent pipelines.
You will join a collaborative, high-performing team across APAC, where there is a clear focus on proactive hiring, market insight and delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
Role
As Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end recruitment across a range of levels and roles, supporting areas such as Market Development, Product Management, Customer Delivery, Account Management, Sales, Technology and Support Functions.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape sourcing strategies and identify strong talent in competitive markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offer and candidate close
- Develop and deliver direct sourcing strategies for roles across APAC
- Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insight, competitor analysis and talent mapping to support hiring decisions
- Act as an ambassador for Mastercard, creating a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Support inclusive hiring practices
- Track and share hiring updates across key metrics, including time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and pipeline strength
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing outcomes and stakeholder experience
All About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced regional environment.
You will bring:
- A strong track record in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume or regional hiring environment
- Experience hiring for roles across commercial, product, delivery, account management or sales functions
- Strong direct sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage talent beyond active applicants
- Experience building candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or highly competitive roles
- Strong screening and assessment skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations and candidate insights
- Confidence conducting market mapping, competitor analysis and talent research
- Strong candidate management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and close talent effectively
- Clear communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders across different markets and functions
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on hiring quality, speed and candidate experience
