Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across Supply Chain and Finance functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience.
The role requires independent management of the recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer management, onboarding support, and candidate engagement during the notice period. In addition to recruitment delivery, the role will contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects that enhance hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational excellence.
The role will primarily support Supply Chain and Finance hiring and may also provide recruitment support to other functions based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Supply Chain and Finance functions.
Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and external channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closure activities.
Maintain candidate engagement throughout the onboarding and notice-period stages to support successful joining outcomes.
Ensure accurate management of recruitment systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives related to process improvement, candidate experience, employer branding, diversity hiring, talent pipelining, and operational excellence.
Provide recruitment support to other business functions as required.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
Experience in direct sourcing, market mapping, candidate assessment, and offer management.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience recruiting for Supply Chain and/or Finance functions will be a strong advantage, including roles such as:
Supply Chain: Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service & Logistics, Quality, HSE, Continuous Improvement, R&D/Innovation, and Plant Leadership roles.
Finance: Commercial Finance, FP&A, Plant Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Procurement Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning roles.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or similar industries will be preferred.
