Job Description Summary:
The Senior UKG Consultant serves as the lead functional expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), EZ Call, and related workforce management processes, providing strategic leadership for workforce management optimization, governance, and enterprise-wide adoption. This role partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and operational leadership to guide complex initiatives, support system enhancements, and align workforce management practices with organizational strategy, compliance requirements, and operational goals while driving standardization and scalable solutions across the organization.Responsibilities And Duties:
