Position Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Global TA Operations team, supporting 2K Games, Take Two and Zynga and working in the Take Two office. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates.
What You Will Do
- Manage all aspects of logistics on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates, while providing top-notch support.
- Collaborate with assigned Recruiters to enhance the candidate experience through scheduling interviews and effective follow-up communication.
- Handle sensitive personal documents and assist candidates with expense reimbursement.
- Update structured interview processes in our ATS (Greenhouse), including developing scorecards and managing job postings.
- Maintain high-quality communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to leave a positive impression.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the Greenhouse ATS, serving as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and updates.
- Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Address support requests and escalate them to management as necessary.
- Assist with additional operations and research projects as assigned.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit
- Up to 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment, preferably in a complex matrix organization.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar Google Suite applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in building relationships.
