The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in shaping Hasbro’s future by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional, bar-raising talent that drives business success. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, this role delivers strategic hiring solutions that strengthen organizational capability and support long-term growth.

Supporting multiple countries across the APAC region, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner partners closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective talent strategies, and navigate diverse talent markets and cultures. The role offers broad exposure across functions, levels, and geographies, creating opportunities to influence hiring decisions in a dynamic international environment.

By combining market intelligence, data-driven insights, and a strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner helps position Hasbro as an employer of choice while building diverse, high-performing teams that enable the business to win.

A day in the life of a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles within your region across all levels.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
  • Oversee vendor management and ensure recruitment partners deliver on quality and timelines.
  • Provide market insights, recruitment analytics, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion best practices in talent acquisition system and operations, including AI adaptation and automation.
  • Support Global TA and wider HR team in regional/global projects, represent international markets and share local nuances.
  • Support regional/global projects and play a crucial role in project planning and execution.

What you'll bring:

  • 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including in-house and/or agency background.
  • Proven track record in hiring senior-level and confidential positions across corporate functions.
  • Solid experience working in matrix organization and have handled high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to navigate dynamic business environments.
  • Solid project management experience. Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable professional with a passion for recruitment excellence.
