Sr Global Compensation Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Compensation Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a global Total Rewards Center of Excellence, shaping how compensation strategies are designed, governed, and executed across multiple regions. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving data-backed compensation frameworks that ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance at scale. The position blends advanced analytics, global market intelligence, and strategic program design to support enterprise-wide workforce decisions. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams to translate complex compensation data into actionable insights. A key part of the role involves leading global compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotion processes, while continuously improving governance and scalability. You will also contribute to pay equity, modeling, and forecasting initiatives that directly influence organizational strategy. This is a high-impact, globally scoped role for someone who thrives in analytical, cross-functional environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, frameworks, and policies aligned with enterprise Total Rewards strategy and organizational goals.
  • Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other compensation data sources, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity across regions.
  • Develop advanced compensation models and analytics, including merit cycles, bonus planning, workforce forecasting, pay equity, and cost modeling.
  • Own the design and governance of global compensation cycles, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition teams to support execution of compensation programs and ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, dashboards, and workflows to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex compensation issues while providing data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support global consistency while incorporating regional considerations, including markets such as Ireland and India.
  • Requirements:

    • 7–10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR analytics roles, ideally within a Center of Excellence or global organization.
    • Strong expertise in global compensation program design, salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture frameworks.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation modeling, with experience building scenario models, forecasts, and cost analyses.
    • Experience using market data tools such as Radford or similar compensation survey platforms.
    • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, with exposure to multiple international markets preferred.
    • Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools (e.g., UKG, HRSoft or equivalent systems).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
