Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven HR Analytics Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw recruitment data and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Data & Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain automated TA dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Pipeline Velocity, and Offer Acceptance Rates).
Process Automation: Actively identify manual bottlenecks in recruitment reporting and aggressively push for and implement automated solutions wherever required to drive team efficiency.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact presentations and reports for leadership and hiring managers to guide strategic hiring decisions.
Predictive & Trend Analysis: Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the recruitment funnel to optimize the candidate journey and recruiter productivity.
Data Hygiene: Audit and maintain the integrity of recruitment data across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
Tech Optimization: Leverage Excel and cutting-edge AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, synthesize data summaries, and improve predictive analytics capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence (specifically supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function is a massive plus).
Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of advanced Excel functions is non-negotiable (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros, and complex data modeling).
AI & Automation Savvy: Hands-on experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or specialized HR analytics AI) for data cleaning, prompt engineering, macro generation, or text analysis.
Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to create visually appealing and easy-to-digest dashboards.
Communication: Exceptional ability to "tell a story with data" and confidently present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Taleo).Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and manipulation.
