Experience: 6–12 Years Function: Human Resources – Learning & Development Reporting To: Head HR / CHRO About the Role We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Learning & Development Leader to build capability within the Human Resources function. The role will drive learning strategies that enhance HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, employee experience, HR analytics, and AI-led HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute the HR Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build competency frameworks for HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations teams.
• Develop structured onboarding and capability-building programs for HR professionals across levels.
• Create learning journeys for HR leadership, succession planning, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Drive capability development in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change management, and employee experience.
• Leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance HR productivity, learning personalization, and knowledge management.
• Implement and manage digital learning ecosystems, LMS platforms, and modern learning technologies.
• Build certification programs for HR professionals in emerging areas such as HR Analytics, AI in HR, Talent Intelligence, and Organizational Development. Ideal Candidate Profile
• 6–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Transformation, or Capability Building.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions and modern HR practices.
• Experience designing learning programs for HR teams, people managers, and leadership populations.
• Expertise in leadership development, instructional design, coaching frameworks, and learning analytics. Preferred Skills Learning Strategy, HR Capability Building, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, HR Analytics, AI & GenAI Applications in HR, Instructional, Design, LMS Platforms, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Coaching & Mentoring, Program Management.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA / PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field
preferred.
