Investor Relations Program Coordinator
Job Description Summary
Reporting directly to GE Aerospace’s Head of Investor Relations, the IR Program Coordinator should be a highly motivated and dedicated individual. This individual will be the first point of contact for all of GE Aerospace's investors and analysts, and will be responsible for organizing and facilitating activities and calendars for the Investor Relations Team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize investor engagements, including communicating with Corporate Access at wall street institutions to plan time, place, attendees, agenda, etc for all GE Aerospace external events
- Leverage knowledge of GE shareholders to allocate group meetings in coordination with IR Director and Head of Investor Relations.
- Manage preparation calendar and schedule meetings for earnings, investor conferences, and GE hosted events (e.g. Investor Day)
- Collaborate with office of the CEO, CFO, and other business leaders to determine availability, provide logistical details for events, etc.
- Enable effective communication between the company, the financial community, and other constituencies in order to foster strong relationships and successful engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships in order to effectively support team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and GE Aerospace.
- Review and respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner via email, and ensure inquiries are directed to the proper teams for response within ~48 hours
- Good understanding of how work of IR team integrates with other teams (e.g. FP&A, legal, controllership)
- Resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- Effectively manage Head of Investor Relations calendar, meeting requests, travel itineraries.
- Handle travel arrangements and expenses for the Head of Investor Relations in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Manager, or People Operations Manager or similar
Desired Characteristics
Prior experience in corporate access or managing investor relations related activities is preferred
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and organized - ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Clarity, tact, professionalism, and consensus building skills - in writing, speaking and presenting information
Ability to collaborate with senior management
Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly shift; flexible, energetic, and pro-active
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
Ability to be in-office 4 days a week, supporting hosting investors and IR team needs.
The base pay range for this position is $93,600.00 - 116,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 30, 2026.
