This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious wealth management professional ready to take the next step in their advisory career within a fast-growing, technology-enabled financial services environment. You will work closely with a senior advisor to support and expand a client portfolio across comprehensive financial planning needs, while gradually taking on greater ownership of client relationships. The role blends advisory excellence with business development, offering a strong runway to grow both your client book and your long-term career. Accountabilities:

  • Support and manage client relationships across a broad range of financial planning areas, including retirement planning, tax strategy, investment management, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination.
  • Assist a senior advisor in servicing existing clients while progressively taking on more responsibility and ownership of relationships over time.
  • Engage with new client inquiries and leads, converting introductions into long-term advisory relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive community and professional engagement.
  • Leverage modern financial planning tools and platforms to deliver tailored, high-quality advice and client experiences.
  • Contribute to the operational development of the advisory practice and support its long-term growth and succession planning.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role.
    • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license (required).
    • Strong understanding of core financial planning principles, including retirement planning, investment management, and tax fundamentals.
    • Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on building trusted, long-term relationships.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a client pipeline and follow through on commitments independently.
    • Bonus: CFP® designation (or in progress), existing book of business, or experience working with executives, tech professionals, or retirees.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro.
