We’re seeking someone to join our team as a dynamic company secretary or lawyer and being part of the company secretarial team of a leading global financial services firm to provide all round company secretarial support.
The EMEA company secretarial team provide support to a large portfolio of entities largely in the UK but also in EMEA.
This is an Vice President role reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Company Secretarial, an Executive Director based in London.
