Analista de Compliance Sênior (Normativos DTVM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst (Analista de Compliance Sênior – Normativos DTVM) based in Brazil.

This is a senior compliance role within a highly regulated financial environment, focused on ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and governance standards. You will play a key part in structuring, maintaining, and evolving compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls, supporting the institution’s integrity and regulatory alignment. The role involves close interaction with regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance matters. You will also support risk assessments, investigations, and the continuous improvement of compliance programs and processes. In addition, the position contributes to strengthening a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, standards, and internal governance documents in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure institutional adherence to applicable laws, resolutions, and supervisory guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to leadership, directors, and internal teams on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Prepare technical opinions and reports to assess compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Structure, manage, and continuously improve the organization’s compliance program and related processes.
  • Oversee compliance reporting activities and ensure accurate documentation aligned with governance standards.
  • Manage the whistleblowing channel, supporting investigations, diligences, and integrity-related procedures.
  • Participate in the approval process of new products, services, and partnerships from a compliance perspective.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, ensuring regulatory adherence across business activities.
  • Promote and strengthen a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization.
  • Maintain transparent and ethical relationships with regulators, auditors, and external oversight bodies.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of financial regulation, including laws, resolutions, and supervisory frameworks applicable to financial institutions and cooperatives.
    • Experience in compliance roles within financial services or regulated environments.
    • Ability to interpret legal and regulatory texts and produce clear, structured compliance reports and opinions.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical thinking and ability to defend and communicate technical positions diplomatically.
    • Ability to manage conflicts of interest and facilitate alignment among stakeholders.
    • Experience supporting group discussions, governance forums, or compliance-related ceremonies.
    • Strong written communication skills with clarity and conciseness.
    • Postgraduate degree completed.
    • Certifications in ISO 19600 and/or ISO 37001 are a plus.
    • Additional compliance certifications (especially in financial compliance) are a strong advantage.
