This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, shaping how enterprise SaaS solutions are positioned and adopted in a competitive global market. You will translate complex procurement and spend management capabilities into clear, compelling value narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. Working closely with product and go-to-market teams, you will influence how solutions are launched, positioned, and sold across regions. The role has a strong focus on customer insight, storytelling, and revenue impact. You will act as a key voice of the customer while also supporting analyst relations and market positioning strategies. This is a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to pipeline growth, product adoption, and market leadership.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and own product positioning and messaging strategies tailored to procurement personas, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and market relevance across all segments.
- Create high-impact sales enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer stories to support revenue teams and drive deal conversion.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and growth campaigns.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform messaging, roadmap influence, and strategic decision-making.
- Act as a voice of the customer by engaging with clients, identifying success stories, and shaping case studies and advocacy programs.
- Support analyst relations activities by contributing to narratives, briefing materials, and positioning that reinforce market leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or enterprise software domains.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling, and value-driven messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable commercial impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging internal teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, extract insights, and apply them to positioning and strategy.
- Self-starter attitude with strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
